OUR CEO
Demetrio Austin-Garza has always had a vison for Esports at a Young age he quickly fell in love with Video Games. He build his Success when Starting on a Small Rainbow six siege team and never stopped his hard work there making it to the highest Esports level. Demetrio found out about Valorant and quickly loved the tactical shooting, Strategic Gameplay and most of all Gun Skins. Demetrios Dream for Team Exile is allowing all players to go pro regardless of their rank with his Leadership and passion for games he always puts Team Exile and his Members first making sure they are always happy and having fun while in Exile.
OUR CFO
Grace Austin-Garza has always had love for PC gaming, Starting her Career Off as a Roblox TikToker gaining a massive following she found a passion for playing games at a competitive Level. She found her way to Team Exile and found a wonderful community with amazing players and a great Organization around it. Never stopping her grind she made her way up the Company as our CFO
OUR Social MEdia Manager
Jordan Baker aka JB is an Aspiring ASL Interpreter who moonlights as the Exile Gaming Social Media Manager. Responsible for posting on our X (formerly twitter) and Instagram pages, Jordan's editing skills highlight the best of us all. If it's an Exile page, chances are Jordan's the man in the chair

Brendan Barbeau has always had a love for Sports from being one of the best Golf Players in his state. He joined Exile back in 2023 and has never stopped being a dedicated member and Friend he has always thought of others before himself and worked his way to being Exile very Own Admin (Leader of Staff)
